someone can not be healthy when the regular pattern of life is not, one of the things that he can cause stress that is not healthy, mind that excessive pressure will create a human stress. Therefore, this condition makes the convenience sick.

The disease is caused by the pressure that is usually thought heart disease, high blood, stroke. people try to cure the disease, cure the disease can be treated to be done by doctors, medicine feed, and live with a healthy pattern.

So with that we all have to maintain health because health is very important, so start from now to live with a healthy pattern that needs all the goals we need and that we expect can be achieved with success.
